The lots will be presented for sale commencing May 15, 2026.

During the offering period, Beartooth Land Co. will accept written purchase offers, each accompanied by a refundable deposit of $1,000.

All offers submitted during the offering period will receive equal consideration, irrespective of the date submitted within the stated timeframe.

Week of June 15, 2026

All offers received during the initial offering period will be reviewed by Beartooth Land Co.

Each prospective purchaser will be notified of the outcome of their offer, which may include: 

• Acceptance of the offer; or
• Notification that multiple offers have been received for the same lot.

 In the event that multiple offers are received for a particular lot, affected purchasers will be invited to submit a best and final offer for that lot.

Lots receiving multiple offers will be addressed on a priority basis in order to allow unsuccessful bidders the opportunity to pursue alternative available lots.

Upon completion of the initial offering process, any remaining unsold lots will be offered for sale on the open market.
